I know I promised to release an issue of The Long Game in 2024, but unfortunately I have been busy (and procrastinating) with getting into college (and leisure). However, if you follow the Pocket God comic on Webtoon, you may have seen the latest post that I made there since I now have rein over it! I plan to release an original issue of Pocket God within a few months, it was supposed to be holiday-themed but the timing just didn't work out with the rest of what was going on in my life at the time.

Much of my time has went into planning the greater Pocket God comic universe, since I have big, big plans beyond just the main story about the immortal boys and girls and their gems of life. That story is now the root of many other stories that will come after, the characters will quickly find that their world is quite huge and daunting in its power struggles. The Long Game is just one of those many stories, and it's only in a similar environment!

I have my fingers crossed the next few years will be able to give this universe a runway to take off. I hope one day that it'll be able to expand into things like animation. Would you see a Pocket God TV show?

Pocket God: The Long Game, PGTLG, or simply TLG is a prehistoric tale about a young man named Marg who, after an isolated life wandering the wilderness with his father Damon, finds himself subject to subjugation by the powerful but distant Deva, the god of death, as well as his acolytes. Under Deva's thumb, Marg is made a herald who struggles with understanding what life should be if Deva supposedly rules over it.

This story is meant to be a spin-off of the original Pocket God comic that ran for 25 1/2 issues between 2010 - 2013, taking place in the same universe. At least one issue arrives in 2024!
